Meet Massimo Duri, winemaker at Antico Broilo, a 100% organic winery from Prepotto, Friuli, Italy, and discover the character and heritage of his wines.
The programme also includes a wine discussion and Q&A with Kalmár Borbála, WSET Diploma-qualified wine expert
For this special occasion, Chef Józsi (Azsi) Tóth has created a four-course degustation menu designed to complement the selected wines, bringing together the flavours of the season and the spirit of Italian winemaking. An evening dedicated to discovery, craftsmanship, and the pleasure of sharing a table.
